Action Corps is co-leading a U.S. coalition for an end to the blockade of Yemen. In 2021 Action Corps led the call for a World Says No to War on Yemen Global Day of Action, endorsed by 400 organizations from 30 countries, making the world's largest antiwar coordination since 2003. The bombing and blockade of Yemen have contributed to the largest humanitarian atrocity on Earth: A child currently dies of preventable causes every 75 seconds. The country was already experiencing the world's worst cholera outbreak in recorded history, and COVID-19 has made matters worse. Congress has voted to stop U.S. participation in the war but has failed to hold the President accountable. Action Corps is demanding the passage of a War Powers Resolution to end U.S. participation in the war on Yemen and to press Saudi Arabia to end its blockade.
